Eastern Ontario Rally

Defend Public Hospitals

Friday, December 9, Noon to 1pm

550 Smyth Road, Ottawa

There is going to be a large Eastern Ontario Rally in Ottawa as the next step in our campaign to defend public hospitals from the Ford Government’s privatization agenda.

Please attend if you can.

Take the Bus to the Protest

Many at the Kingston Town Hall expressed interest in going to the protest. The Kingston Health Coalition (KHC) has booked a bus to go to the Ottawa rally on Friday, December 9, 2022. (Thanks to the Labour Council)

Please plan to attend and go on the bus if you are able. Everyone who supports public healthcare is welcome.

Register to take the bus here

The Itinerary for the bus trip is below.  If you are driving to meet the bus, please park in the parking lot behind the OPSEU Hall building.  In order to accommodate those who will be taking public transit to meet the bus, we will make a quick stop at Kingslake Plaza.  We will only stop there if people indicate that they will be meeting us there.  Please do not park at Kingslake Plaza since we have made arrangements with OPSEU for parking.  In keeping with our aim to support public healthcare, we ask that you wear a mask on the bus.

Please make every effort to attend this protest.
